Parents, we need your help ensuring that we have accurate emergency contact information for your child. We are asking that all parents/guardians review and/or update emergency contact information in the Campus Parent Portal, beginning September 8, 2026.Parent/Guardian and emergency contact information is required for all related student support services including transportation, health, and safety.
To complete the Emergency Contact Update process:
Login to Parent Portal at: https://campus.grady.k12.ga.us/campus/portal/parents/grady.jsp
Access the "More" option at the bottom of the navigation menu
Select "Demographics"
Review your current emergency contact information. You can "Update" the current information or "Add" a new emergency contact
*If you have multiple students enrolled in our school system, you will need to complete the steps on each child. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please contact your child’s school
**You can also update your personal contact Information and preferences by doing the following:
From the User Menu, select Settings, then select Contact Preference. Review existing contact information (phone numbers and email addresses), enter any updates, and mark your desired Messenger Preferences. When phone and email changes are made, an email notification acknowledging the change is sent to the individual, alerting them to changes they may not have made.
*If you do not have a Parent Portal account and need to create one, just click the “new user” button on the login screen and follow the instructions.
